For your check-in there are boxes where you will find your entrance key.

The box is located to the right of the entrance stairs.

One day before your arrival, you will be sent to your e-mail or mobile phone by sms the number from the box in order to get your key for any arrival time.

The day of arrival is calculated in full towards the rent, regardless of the arrival time.

The reservation is considered confirmed only after the deposit of the 50% of the total amount, to the accommodation's bank account or Western Union. Payment must be made within three days of the reservation date.

The remaining amount is paid upon arrival at the accommodation, as well as the accommodation tax, and there is no refund in case of departure before the agreed date.

Upon contact, the deposit will be made via bank account.

The charge and payment of accommodation and services is made in euros (€).

The accommodation has a POS.

Penalty Policy

Cancellation or prepayment

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary depending on the room type. Please check the room policy before choosing a room. The deposit is non-refundable.

Cleanliness Policy

General cleaning is done every third day after your arrival, changing linen and renewing consumables. (sheets, towels, general room cleaning and bathroom supplies)

Daily A Housekeeper will visit your room to remove trash and keep your space clean, please use the trash cans.

*Any additional cleaning and linen change service beyond what is provided is charged at 10€

General Policy

• In the kitchen of your room you will find welcome coffee and tea.
• Pets are not allowed.

• External visitors are not allowed in the rooms.

• Upon departure from the accommodation, customers are required to leave the key cards in the room.
• Food preparation in the room is prohibited
• Minimum compensation for material damage 100€
• In case of excessive noise pollution or inappropriate behavior of the customer, he/she will be expelled from the accommodation.

Upon arrival, keep a copy of the reservation and proof of bank deposit of the advance payment.

By making a reservation, you declare full knowledge of the reservation policy, payment methods and cancellation of the accommodation.
